Workplace Transition periods can be a very complicated time of your life. Claire provides coaching for clients in Vancouver BC (and outside as well). If your workplace is going through a transition (merger, downsize, relocation, change of leadership, etc.), this change could appear good for your company but the reality is that it will impact every member of your workforce a little differently. Your human capital will need help navigating this transition. How is the change going to impact them individually or their teams / units? Is your workplace changing leadership? Are you changing careers? The change will only be beneficial for the company if the transition is handled well by everyone. Workplace transition is when each person goes through a psychological process to deal with the change. Some people have no trouble with change, others are terrified of it and everyone else falls somewhere in between.
