The Team
Kim S. White, B.A., CPCC, M.A.B.Sc (cand.)
Kim’s organizational experience provides her with a clear understanding of the specific internal and external challenges facing today’s leaders. As a skilled specialist in the field of developing Respectful Workplaces, Kim has developed and continues to deliver curriculum for a wide variety of organizations. As a senior learning consultant with Insights Learning and Development (Vancouver) she develops curriculum and provides coaching and facilitation on Personal Effectiveness as far afield as France and Africa. As a certified executive coach, Kim coaches and consults with individuals, HR professionals and executive leaders in the areas of interpersonal conflict, negotiation and mediation. She co-developed the Respectful Workplace Program at BC Hydro and managed a team of independent mediators and lawyers. As lead, she assisted mid-level and senior leaders in responding to issues ranging from addressing interpersonal and team conflict to managing Human Rights complaints in the Workplace. Kim continues to provide those services to British Columbia Transmission Corporation.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simon Fraser University and Certification in Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute of BC where she has coached for over 16 years. Kim is currently completing her Master’s in Adult Behavioural Science at the Leadership Institute of Seattle with a focus on a systemic perspective to interpersonal and organizational challenges.
Kim is on the ‘Shot in the Dark’ committee, a not for profit organization dedicated to supporting arts in the community and it provides funding to underprivileged schools. She also volunteers her time to the Weekend to End Breast Cancer.
