Claire consults to EFAP providers wanting to improve their EFAP services, to organizations seeking an EAP / EFAP, to companies designing EFAP technology systems and to clinical professionals wanting to improve their own expertise in providng counselling services. She also consults to companies on issues pertaining to organizational development.

Given her experience in the business world, in the field of counselling and specifically in the field of EAP, Claire realizes that not one person or one provider can do all that is required in the area of work-life issues whether individual or organizational. Claire is astute and highly skilled in consulting in all areas of work-life issues and when necessary connects to other strategic partners especially in the areas of disability management or return-to-work issues (i.e. HR, Occupational Health, Disability Management, Performance Management etc..) in order to provide the best expertise available to her clients. It is imperative that the knowledge of all professionals working towards the same end be linked together in the best interest of the client and / or the organization. Most often it would be the EFAP consultant that would be the facilitator who would coordinate the confidential information from other strategic partners. At all times and in the best interest of the client, the highest ethical standards of confidentiality would be maintained. No information would be released without the informed and signed consent of the client.
